Upper Module
Introduction
This procedure describes the process for removing the upper module from the
analyzer.
WARNING: When the upper module is removed from the main housing and
connected to other modules for testing purposes, DO NOT touch the backlight
inverter board inside the upper housing. This printed circuit board is carrying live
current and constitutes a shock hazard.

Follow these steps to remove the upper module from the ABL77 analyzer.
Step Action
1.
Remove the screw from the upper middle of the calibration solution
pack cavity using a 5/64” Allen wrench as shown in Figure 5-1.

Gently pull the upper module from the main housing while paying
particular attention to the integrity of the cable connections.
