Backlight Inverter Board
Introduction
This section describes the procedure for removing the backlight inverter board
from the upper module.
CAUTION: Always establish an ESD protected area before removing this board
from the analyzer to prevent damage to the electronics.

Board removal
Follow these steps to remove the backlight inverter board as shown in Figure 5-3.
Step Action
1.
Remove the upper module from the analyzer.
2.
Disconnect the 2-wire backlight inverter cable from the center of the
backlight inverter board.
3.
Remove the two screws from the backlight inverter board and gently
lift the board out of the module.
4.
Disconnect the LCD display cables from the backlight inverter board.
