Ethernet Cable
Introduction
Follow these steps to install the Ethernet cable.
Step Action
1.
Remove the electronics module.
2.
Remove the analog board.
3.
If necessary, remove the power distribution board to facilitate the
removal of the Ethernet cable.
4.
Press the spring latches on the Ethernet cable connector to release the
connector from the rear panel and slide the old Ethernet cable out of
the rear panel.
5.
Hold the new Ethernet cable connector with the tab facing up and the
tab lock facing away from you.
6. From the inside of the rear panel (item 1 in figure 6-36), push the
connector through the opening next to the power switch until the tab
locks on the outside of the rear panel.
7.
Route the Ethernet cable up and through all three cable clamps on the
rear panel and close the cable clamps.
8.
Connect the Ethernet cable to the white connector on the right rear of
the CPU directly in front of the A/D cable.
9.
Re-assemble the analyzer.
