Roller Pump and Roller Wheel
Introduction
This procedure describes the process for attaching the roller pump and roller wheel
into the lower module.
Attaching the
roller pump
Follow these steps to re-attach the roller pump to the lower module as shown in
Figures 7-16 and 7-17.
Step Action
1.
From the back of the lower module, slide the roller pump shaft into
the opening on the left side of the module. Ensure that the cabling
faces the valve board.
2.
Insert two flat washers and two screws into the mounting holes and
tighten using a 5/64” Allen wrench.
3.
Connect the roller pump cable to J5 of the valve board with the red
wire in the top (Figure 7-16) or right position (Figure 7-17),
depending on the board configuration.
