Roller Wheel and Roller Pump
Introduction
This procedure describes the process for removing the roller wheel and the roller
pump from the lower module.
Removing the
roller wheel
Follow these steps to remove the roller wheel from the front of the lower module
as shown in Figure 5-13. This part may be removed without dismantling any other
portion of the analyzer.
Step Action
1.
Using a 1/16” Allen wrench, loosen the two set screws on the sides of
the roller wheel at the front of the lower module.
2.
Pull the roller wheel from the roller pump shaft.
