Analog Board
Introduction
This section describes the process to be followed for removing the analog board.
NOTE: The valve board and analog board are a matched set for the Hct and SC
circuits and must be calibrated when either is replaced. This also applies when
replacing the lower module or electronics module, which contains these boards.
Calibration is not required when these boards are only removed and put back into
the same analyzer. Refer to Chapter 4, Test and Calibration Procedures, for
instructions on performing this procedure.
NOTE:
Analog board
Follow these steps to replace the analog board. Refer to Figure 5-25.
Step Action
1.
Remove the electronics module.
2.
Remove the white insulator card and the two cables on the top.
3.
Remove the analog board by disengaging the board latch on the right
and carefully lifting the analog board up a short distance.
4.
While holding the analog board, disconnect the three cables connected
on the bottom.
