7. NOTE: The disk drive cable includes a notch in the shielding at one
end of the cable, this identifies the end that must be installed into the
CPU board. One wire of the cable is unused, if the cable is installed
backwards the disk drive will not work.
Hold the new disk drive cable at the notched end, with the colored
strip facing up.

Route the cable through the slot in the right-hand board guide attached
to the electronics shelf and then under the cable clamp that attaches to
the board guide.

Place the end of the cable in the cable connector as far as it will go.
10.
Push down on the locking mechanism to secure the cable in place.
11.
Gently fold the disk drive and LCD adapter cables up and secure them
behind the cable clamp.
12.
Re-assemble the analyzer starting with the electronics module.
