Prerequisites for this command

Select custom stepsize ([SENSe:]FREQuency:CENTer:STEP:LINK).
Parameters:
<Frequency> <numeric value>
Default unit: Hz
Example: //Define frequency stepsize
FREQ:CENT:STEP:LINK OFF
FREQ:CENT:STEP 15MHZ

[SENSe:]FREQuency:CENTer:STEP:LINK <Mode>
This command selects the frequency step size mode.
Parameters:
<Mode> The step size is either a function of the span (x % of the span) or
an absolute value.
OFF
Step size is a custom percentage of the span or an absolute
custom value in Hz.
You can define a percentage with [SENSe:]FREQuency:
CENTer:STEP:LINK:FACTor.
You can define a custom value with [SENSe:]FREQuency:
CENTer:STEP.
SPAN
Step size is 10 % of the span.
*RST:
SPAN

[SENSe:]FREQuency:CENTer:STEP:LINK:FACTor <Percentage>
This command defines a custom frequency step size.
Parameters:
<Percentage> <numeric value>
The value is a percentage. The step size is a function of the per-
centage and the span:
Step size = x % * span
Range: 0 to 100
*RST: 10
Default unit: PCT
