12 Connections of the Components in the Drive
System
12.1 System Connections of the Components
To operate the drive system Rexroth IndraDrive the following electrical
connections, for example, have to be established.
In the system environment
connection PE of X3 to equipment grounding system
connection X3 to supply with power voltage
connection X13 or terminal block 0V / +24V to supply with control
voltage
connection to control unit and/or master communication
Within the drive system connect, among other things
equipment grounding conductors PE of X3 or PE joint bars
DC bus connections L+ with bus bars
DC bus connections L- with bus bars
control voltage connections 0V with bus bars
control voltage connections +24V with bus bars
module bus connections X1 via supplied ribbon cable
motor power connections via system cable to X5
connections for motor temperature monitoring and motor holding
brake via system cable to X6
Note: The connections to X5 and X6 are accomplished via a single
Rexroth motor cable.
