Bad date or time
(not stored)
The day of the week has to be
entered additionally to ensure
that the data is entered
correctly. This error message is
issued whenever the date does
not match the day of the week.
Enter the correct date, day of the week and
time.

Drawer % does not
open
The locking of the drawer %1
does not work, the drawer is
stuck or the drawer is stiff. It
can be a mechanical or
electrical problem.
Switch the system to standby. Open the
protective door and check if a sample tube
or any debris blocks the drawer. Remove
the source of the problem and repeat the
process. Inspect the function of the drawer
locking by opening the drawer manually
(see Operator's Manual). If you do not hear
an audible click, inform a service
technician.

Error reference

Reference position check failed.
The current positioning has
immediately been aborted and
any subsequent commands
were deleted.
If the error occurs often and regularly, a
service technician should check the motor,
axis or limit switch.

Error encoder
monitoring
Encoder error (hardware) in
the motor control group. The
encoder signals are logically
incorrect. A hardware error has
occurred (for DMS). The
current positioning is
immediately terminated and all
further commands deleted
when an error occurs. The red
fail LED on the motor control
board will be blinking.
Turn system off and on. Reset by means of
a hardware reset. Unplug the motor from
the power supply and check the encoder.
Contact a service technician if the error
persists.

monitoring
Error monitoring for
positioning commands. The
tolerance was exceeded during
or after the motor movement.
The current positioning is
immediately terminated and all
further commands deleted
when an error occurs. (%1)
Causes: Error in the drive system: motor
axis is blocked, bad belt tension, bad rule
parameters, motor problems, tooth wheel
is loose ... . Press the [Repeat] button.
Contact a service technician if the error
persists.
