INSPECTION OF THE CLUTCH AND STARTER GEAR ASSY.
Instructions See Figure: Clutch and starter gear assy.
1. Check the hole (1) in the clutch (2).
2. Check the teeth of the starter gear assy. (3) for damage or deformation.
3. Remove LOCTITE residue from the taper (4) of the starter gear assy.
