1) General
Inspect spark plug, replace if
necessary

Replace spark plug. Every 25 hours

2) Cooling system
Check coolant level. Inspect before
every operation
of vehicle
Inspect water pump for sealing, in the
event of egress of oil or coolant from
the overflow orifice, have the pump re-
paired by an authorised service center.

Inspect the cooling water connections
on the cooler housing and cylinder
head cover for tightness and sealing.
Inspect before
every operation
of vehicle
Inspect the radiator hoses and hose
clamps on the engine and radiator for
tightness and sealing.
Inspect before
every operation

3) Carburetor and intake silencer
Inspect the carburetor connections to
the engine and to the intake silencer
for tightness.
Immediately
after every
collision
Clean the filter element in the intake si-
lencer and lubricate with air filter oil, re-
place damaged filter element.
Every 10 hours
