and tightness, lubricate with oil to pre-
vent corrosion.

6) Outlet control
Clean the exhaust valve and check for
free movement.
Every 10 hours

7) Gearbox
Check the oil level, top up if necessary. Every 2 hours of
operation
Renew gear oil.
Every 5 hours of

8) Starter drive
Inspect for wear, replace if necessary. Every 50 hours
of operation (de-
pending on the
conditions of
use)
9) Clutch
Inspect clutch drum needle bearing for
wear, replace if necessary.
Every 10 hours

Clean the sealing groove in the starter
gear assy.

10) Engine inspection
