Normal LED Pattern Sequence
1. All LEDs On for one Second
2. All LEDs Off except the top LED
3. All LEDs Off except the second
LED from the top
4. This sequence continues until all
LEDs are Off except for the
bottom LED
5. All LEDs Off for 10 Seconds
6. Return to Step 1
Any other pattern - abnormal operation
