Error Message 1136 (Label Sensor Cover Open)
When there is an error with the product, the error message appears on the screen.
Check the cause and countermeasure, and then take appropriate action.
To clear the error:
Lock the feed roller and media sensor assembly.

Cause
◦ The feed roller and media sensor assembly are unlocked.
◦ The sensor for detecting the open/close status of the media sensor assembly is defective.
Countermeasure
Unlock the feed roller and media sensor assembly once, and then lock them again.
1. Pull the feed lock latch (1) to unlock the feed roller and media sensor assembly (2).
2. Press the feed roller and media sensor assembly (2) down until the feed lock latch (1) is locked.
