Remove the chain from the camshaft so that the
camshaft can be taken out.
◆
Use a tool similar to an S-shaped hook to hang the
timing chain. Prevent the chain from falling into the
crankcase.

Mark the intake camshaft

to ensure correct assembly.
TIPS
Loosen the bolts that secure the camshaft cover evenly,
and carefully lift the camshaft cover from the camshaft.

Be careful when removing the camshaft from the
cylinder head
TIPS
There is an integrated guide block on the crankcase to
prevent the chain from falling off the crankshaft.
