Cylinder block assembly

According to the grouping mark of cylinder bore and
piston, select the combination of piston and cylinder
block in the same group. For example, the pistons of
group "I" correspond to the cylinder bores of group
"I", and the pistons of group "
Ⅱ
" correspond to the
cylinder bores of group "
Ⅱ
".
◆
After the piston connecting rod assembly is installed,
press the piston ring with your fi ngers, and carefully
insert the piston into the cylinder hole from the
bottom of the cylinder block.
!
CAUTION
There is a triangle mark on the top surface of the piston,
and the arrow points toward the exhaust side during
installation.

Keep the sealing surface clean, align the position of
the positioning pin, and install a new cylinder block
gasket
