Remove the oil cooler assembly

Drain the engine coolant and oil
◆
Disassemble

Install the oil cooler assembly
◆
Use a new O-ring and press it into the seal groove
◆
Align the bolt holes of the oil cooler and screw in the
bolts

Tightening torque

9.8 N•m (1.0kgf•m, 87 in•lb)

Replenish engine coolant and oil
!
CAUTION
During installation, check whether the O-ring is intact and not
twisted. If the O-ring is damaged, it will cause oil leakage,
which may cause abnormal wear or even damage to the
internal parts of the engine. If necessary, please replace the
new O-ring in time
