INBOARD CV JOINT DRIVE SHAFT REPAIR

The drive shaft is a precision component. It is necessary
to ensure cleanliness when replacing and installing,
and operate in strict accordance with the instructions.
Do not use a hammer or sharp objects for disassembly
and installation, which will affect the performance and
service life of the half shaft
◆ Use clamp pliers to clamp the clamp, and then use a
small screwdriver to place it on the clamp at the end,
while lifting the clamp upwards, loosen the clamp
clamp and remove the clamp
◆ Remove the clamps at both ends of the dust cover,
and pull the dust cover out a distance along the
middle axis
◆ Use a sharper tool to remove the retaining ring in
the universal joint
