3.6 Installing the terminating module
The last module to be installed in the ET 200pro peripheral device is the termi-
nating module. The ET 200pro is only ready to operate when the terminating
module has been connected. The terminating module is included in the delivery
of the interface module IM 154-.. You will find more information on this in the
manual SIMATIC ET 200pro decentralized peripheral system.

Position the terminating module
on the module holder until it
snaps into place.
Slide the terminating module to
the left until it engages on the
last module.
Use a size 2 screwdriver and the
2 Philips screws to screw on the
terminating module with a tight-
ening torque of 1.5 Nm.
