Device parameters for soft starter control function – description
Startup time
The motor terminal voltage is increased on a linear basis from the start voltage
during the parameterizable start-up time to the full mains voltage.
Setting range: 0 to 30 seconds
Run-down time
The motor terminal voltage is increased on a linear basis from the mains voltage
during the parameterizable run-down time to the stop voltage.
0 s = direct switch-off without voltage ramp
Setting range: 0 to 30 seconds
Start voltage
Initial value of the voltage ramp for soft start-up.
Setting range: 20% to 100% of the mains voltage.
Stop voltage
Finishing value of the voltage ramp for soft run-down.
Setting range: 20% to 90% of the mains voltage.
Current limitation value
During the start, the motor current is
limited to a maximum value.
Setting range: 125% to 600% of the rated operating current
Caution
With a rated operating current of > I
e
= 9 A, the motor starter automatically
reduces the current limitation value to 550%.
