Caution
Configuration changes must be made with the 2L+ supply switched off.
Changes made with the 2L+ supply applied lead to an error message and the
outputs being switched off. To reset the error message and adopt the changed
configuration, the 2L+ supply must be switch off and on again.
Electronic sensors must be operated in the operating mode "1-channel opera-
tion".
7.3.6 Response to fault
In the event of an internal or external fault (e.g. cross-connection of the EMER-
GENCY OFF lines), the outputs are switched off and the fault is indicated by the
LED 'FAULT'.
In the event of an external fault, the LED 'FAULT' lights up continuously. After
removal of the fault (e.g. enable EMERGENCY OFF), the module can be oper-
ated again.
In the event of an internal fault, the LED 'FAULT' flashes. If the fault cannot be
removed by switching off and on again, e.g. in the event of a change to the con-
figuration during operation, replace the module.
