AT+CMGL, AT+CMGR result codes for SMS-DELIVERs and SMS-SUBMITs in text
mode; for SMS-COMMANDs in AT+CMGR result code, do not show <pid>, <mn>,
<da>, <toda>, <length> or <data>
1 – show the values in result codes
