7.8 AT+CNMA New message acknowledgement to ME/TA
Description
This command is used to confirm successful receipt of a new message (SMS-
SMS-STATUSREPORT) routed directly to the TE. If ME does not receive acknowledgement within
required time (network timeout), it will send RP-ERROR to the network.
NOTE: The execute / write command shall only be used when AT+ C S MS parameter <service>
equals 1 (= phase 2+) and appropriate URC has been issued by the module, i.e.:
<+CMT> for <mt>=2 incoming message classes 0, 1, 3 and none;
<+CMT> for <mt>=3 incoming message classes 0 and 3;
<+CDS> for <ds>=1.
Note: This command not support in CDMA/EVDO mode
