3 – Non real-time traffic,error-sensitive application that can cope with data loss, GMM/-

4 – Real-time traffic,error-sensitive application that can cope with data loss

A numeric parameter which specifies the peak throughput class:
0 – network subscribed value
1 – Up to 1000 (8 kbit/s)
2 – Up to 2000 (16 kbit/s)
