4 Preparing instrument

A. Push
Open the
camera and press
Collimator in
Calibration section,
set the
Camera
settingsto red light
(640nm).
B. Choose
EDM TX in
Operation TS
section.
C. Put and switch on the
Reticle illumination
tool (yellow LED)
and use the servo
knobs to centre the
instruments crosshair
in the green rectangle
AOI.
D. The inner cross will
be green if the
instrument reticle is
sharp detected.
Follow the
instructions of
the program to
calibrate the
screen pattern.
press the
Done
button to reach
the next action.
The blue
measurement
frame appears
with a green
rectangle AOI.
Check the
focusing of the
reticle and
sufficent light, if
the green cross
is intermitting
available only.
The CM software has
already started with
configured
instrument type.
