knobs to centre the
instruments crosshair
in the green rectangle
AOI.see Fig. 6-40 on
page 6-55
F. The inner cross will
be green if the
instrument reticle is
sharp detected.
G. Select
Switch receiver
ON/OFF
check box.
H. Click Receiver
ON
Follow the CM
instructions of
the program to
calibrate the
screen pattern.
press the
Done
button to reach
the next action.
The blue
measurement
frame appears
with a green
rectangle AOI.
Check the
focusing of the
reticle and
sufficent light, if
the green cross
is intermitting
available only.
The receiver
fibre aperture is
visible.
The Collimator
Monitor software
(CM) starts
automatically.

shows the values of
Delta X/Y deviation
