Adjustment of Reticle F30 in Hz direction with storing a new VA correction
The HA collimation could be in or out of tolerance and the VA collimation is out of tolerance. This
happens if the vertical angle system was disassembled or partly exchanged. The reticle position was
not changed. The VA correction will be new determined and stored in the memory. Keeping the new
orientated vertical angle, the reticle will be adjusted in horizontal direction only.
