IPLM2X (IP Address of Alternate Local Manager–Auxiliary
Memory)
This keyword sets the alternate local manager IP address in auxiliary memory. The
alternate local manager IP address is used for event reporting if communication
failure to the primary local manager occurs. (The local manager IP address sets the
address of a local PC connected to the LAN port of the shelf.) Auxiliary memory
contains a backup copy of network parameters in working memory (working
memory controls the actual operation of the network). The keyword format is:
IPLM2X=<a.b.c.d>
