TCONSTSEC (Time Constant for Secondary Oscillator)
This keyword sets the time constant for the secondary oscillator; it applies only to
the clock card with the inferior oscillator when mixed clock oscillator types are
used in the TimeHub 5500 system.
This keyword can be used to set the loop tracking time constant for each input.
The assigned value applies only after the system is fully warmed up. This “slow”
tracking mode has a default value based upon the type of clock card oscillator
used. The time constant can be changed to one of several other values if it is
determined that the default value is not appropriate given the characteristics of the
reference inputs.
The keyword format is:
TCONSTSEC=<value>
