Copy Network Memory Security
This command verifies that the PORTAOX and PORTCMD keywords do not have
the same value before copying the data from AUX memory to WKG memory.
Copying will be denied if the values are the same (PORTAOX and PORTCMD are
not allowed to have the same value). The command format is:
CPY-MEM-SECU::NET:<ctag>::WKG,AUX;
