Initialize Register
This command clears all performance monitoring measurement data on a specific
input channel and resumes taking performance monitoring measurements. The
command format is:
INIT-REG[-TSG]:[<tid>]:<aid>:<ctag>[::DISQ];
Command Example:
INIT-REG::CLK-1:SC001;
The command in this example clears and restarts all performance monitoring
measurements on input channel 1.

Number of the input channel of the clock card
DISQ — Restarts measurements on a channel and
disqualifies the channel until a good measurement
is completed
