MONITOR (Input Event Monitoring)
This keyword allows events from disabled inputs to be suppressed.
Set this keyword (MONITOR) to N for disabled channels that do not have an input
signal connected. If the value for the input keyword (ENABLE) is Y, the setting for
this keyword has no effect.
To monitor an input signal that is not being used as a system reference, set the
input keyword (ENABLE) for the input to be monitored to N, set this keyword
(MONITOR) to Y, and connect the signal.
The keyword format is:
MONITOR=<value>

<value> Y Disabled inputs events are not suppressed
N Disabled inputs events are suppressed
