11. DISASSEMBLY
The tools required to carry out all the disas-
sembling, regulation and maintenance oper-
ations on the equipment are given in the TG
SERVICE TOOLS BOX LIST, available on
TG DIRECT and during the training course
on the e-learning platform.
When puing the guards back on the
bike, make sure you position seals accu-
rately: this prevents sweat from entering
into the bike’s most delicate parts.

The images refer to the Group Cycle with the
old electronics (Rev.1).
11.1 REMOVING THE
CONSOLE
Two types of Group Cycle handlebars (Ride
and Connect) can be found in the eld.
TYPE 1 : handlebar with velcro for an ob-
jectholderwithvelcro(Rideversion)orcon-
sole with velcro (Connect version); TYPE 2:
perforated handlebarforanobjectholder
with projections (Ride version) or console
with projections (Connect version). The
lower console cover (Connect version)
can be removed. Therefore, if the handle-
barintheeldhasvelcro,theconsolewith
projections must be fastened to it: remove
the rear cover from the console with velcro
and fasten it to the new console. The con-
sole is fastened to the handlebar with velcro.
