5_Check whether the frame is broken in one of the two positions (A) that support the front register
/ guide. If so, the reinforcement kit must be ordered. The code of the kit to be ordered depends on
the site where the Group Cycle was produced. For details about the codes and the assembly in-
struction, refer to the NewsLeer 01/2019 (§14.1 REINFORCEMENT KIT IF THE FRAME BREAKS
IN ONE OF THE TWO POSITIONS THAT SUPPORT THE GUIDE / FRONT REGISTER). Make
sure the problem is solved, otherwise contact the Call Center.

Follow the mechanical adjustments as detailed below:
1_For SN prior to D92CBNE0180007963, check the self-locking nut inserted in production. Indeed
it could have been inserted wrongly the locking nut with d=9,5 mm [0,37 inch] instead of d=7,8 mm
[0,31 inch].
