Remove the main left guard as indicated in
“11.3.3 Removing the main left guard”.
1. Remove the screw (1) with an 8 mm Allen
wrench.

2. Remove the pedal crank (2) with a pedal
crank remover.
WARNING: tighten the screw (1) with a
torque wrench set between 47Nm (34.7
lbf-ft) and 54Nm (39.8 lbf-ft).
WARNING: The pedal cranks must be
tightened individually, one at a time.
Counteract the force applied to the
torque wrench using the pedal crank.
