_Make two complete turns of the knob;
_Execute an exercise at 80rpm;
_Take note of the Was shown on the console;
8- Write the noted numeric values in the Service Job.
9-Share with the customer the initial (step 4) and nal (step 7) Wa values and verify if the adjust-
ment meets the expectation of the customer;
10-If the problem persist, contact HQ Technical Support.
6.3.7 PLAYS OF THE HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
Follow the mechanical adjustments as detailed below:
1_For SN prior to D92CBNE0180007963, check the self-locking nut. Indeed, in production, it could
have been inserted wrongly the locking nut with d=9,5 mm [0,37 inch] instead of d=7,8 mm [0,31
inch]. In case of wrong nut, replace it with the correct one.

2_Check the presence of the Belleville washer (instead of the at washer). To do this check execute
the following procedure:
2a_ Remove in sequence the cover (7) of the lever, the self-locking nut (8) and the washer (9).
Clean the pin (10) from grease with a cloth. Identify the type of the washer.
