6.3.5 LOOSENING OF THE FLYWHEEL SCREWS
If problems are found related to the loosening of the ywheel screws: reassemble the screws (15),
applying Loctite 243 on them and tightening them with a torque equal to 5 Nm (3.69 lbf-ft).

6.3.6 LACK OF PRECISION IN THE WATT VALUES SHOWN ON
THE DISPLAY
If the customer complains about ‘Lack of precision in the Wa values shown on the display’ follow
the below steps:
1-On the Knob: check the alignment between the hole and the tooth; (“6.5.1 CHECKING THE
ALIGNMENT BETWEEN THE HOLE AND THE TOOTH OF THE KNOB”)
2-Execute the mechanical product regulation through the correct template; ( “6.5.2 CHECKING
THE CALIBRATION TEMPLATE” and “6.5.3 MECHANICAL REGULATION OF THE BRAKE
POSITION”)
In this step of the procedure do not perform the calibration yet.
3-Take note of the Read Value and Database Value of Level L7 or L8, through the Equipment Soft-
ware Loader;
4-TEST_1: Test the Group Cycle:
_Make two complete turns of the knob;
_Execute an exercise at 80rpm;
_Take note of the Was shown on the console;
5-Execute the soft calibration;(“6.5.4 SOFT CALIBRATION OF THE BRAKE”)
6- Take note of the Read Value and Database Value of Level L7 or L8, through the Equipment Soft-
ware Loader;
7-TEST_2: Test the Group Cycle:
