14.3 INTRODUCTION OF THE PROTECTION GUTTER
On Group Cycle (D92) machines, Technogym has implemented a solution to prevent liquid from
entering and the consequently corrosion of the magnets, by inserting a guer, pre-assembled on
the brake group. The new brake group with the pre-assembled guer is available also as a spare
part component. For details about the code see the Newsleer 02/2019.

14.4 INSERTING THE BELLEVILLE WASHER ON THE
FRONT AND REAR HANDLE
On Group Cycle (D92), starting from the SN: D92CBNE018001281, D92BBNE018101481 it’s intro-
duced the Belleville Washer on the front and rear handle. Moreover, it’s dened the correct assem-
bly procedure of the guides, in production, to prevent handlebar from loosening.
