DETAILED VIEW OF THE BRAKE KNOB:
- If the knob is turned in the clockwise direction, the resistance of the machine increases and
the eort level shown on the display increases as a result;
- If the knob is turned in the counterclockwise direction, the resistance of the machine de-
creases and the eort level shown on the display decreases as a result.
