Parameter:
n ---- start from the nth point
fn ---- The floating-point number of swep point n
fn+1 ---- The floating-point number of swep point n+1

Example:
:LIST:BIAS:VOLT 1,2,3 ----Set the bias voltage of the first 3 points;
