5. Did the printer configuration label print, and is the print quality acceptable?
If... Then...
The label printed and the print
quality is acceptable
Your printer is ready for printing. Continue with the label
designer program of your choice. You may use
ZebraDesigner ™ , which you can download from
http://www.zebra.com.
The label did not print
a. Close the Tools window and make sure that you selected
the correct printer driver before you click Open Printer
Tools. Try printing the label again.
b. If the label still did not print, check the connections between
your printer and your computer or your printer and your
network.
c. If necessary, modify the printer’s settings to make them
match your computer’s settings.
The label prints, but with poor
quality or other issues
