Linear Call Distribution
In a linear call distribution the first member in the group is called first. If he does
not answer, the call is forwarded to the next member after 3, 5 or 7 ringing cycles.
Linear call distribution bypasses busy members.

Cyclic call distribution
Call distribution is the same as in the linear variant except that each new call is
first signalled in each case to the next member in the row.
