AUI module EI 802F The AUI module is designed for connecting the AC 800F to the system
bus. It is used for installations where a 10Base2 cabling is not sufficient
due to the required performance or EMI/RFI shielding capabilities, or if an
already existing cabling needs to be extended
The standardized AUI interface of this module allows you to connect any
off-the-shelf transceiver. With this, any Ethernet medium connected via
these transceivers will be available. Additionally, it ensures battery
buffering of the PM 802F CPU board.
AUI module EI 812F The AUI module is designed for connecting the AC 800F to the system
bus. It is used for installations where a 10Base2 cabling is not sufficient
due to the required performance or EMI/RFI shielding capabilities, or if an
already existing cabling needs to be extended
The standardized AUI interface of this module allows you to connect any
off-the-shelf transceiver. With this, any Ethernet medium connected via
these transceivers will be available. Additionally, it ensures battery
buffering of the CPU boards PM 802F and PM 803F.
AUI network cable AUI (Attachment Unit Interface) network cables are used in a network to
Ethernet standard 10Base5 (Yellow-Cable) to connect nodes to
transceivers. Provided with 15-pole SUB-MIN-D connectors with slide
locks.
AUI network concentrator
module
Module plugged in the network concentrator, for direct connection of two
nodes via AUI network cable.
