paent ID.

Mod 10 check digit on scan

Use the Mod 10 algorithm when creang
operator or paent IDs.
Barcode Type Select all that apply.
Paent First Name Operator enters the paent’s rst name for conrmaon when a crical callback
is read to the caregiver. If Posive Paent Idencaon (PPID) is enabled, this
informaon is automacally populated.
Note: For Paent First Name opons see the secon for Paent Last
Name Opons. Opons are the same for both.
Caregiver ID Operator enters the caregivers last name or ID for conrmaon when a
crical callback is read to the caregiver.
Format Note: Caregiver ID opons for Format, Entry Type, Minimum
Length, Maximum Length, Scan Mask, Manual Check Digit
Method, Scan Entry Check Digit Method and Barcode Type are
the same as those for Paent Last Name. See the informaon
shown earlier in this secon.
