Angle of Attack (AOA)
The AOA in-flight calibration procedure is covered in the AF-6600 / AF-5000 Pilots Guide.
The following calibration items should be configured before doing the in-flight calibration.
2. Audio Alarms
-VOICE & TONES
-VOICE ONLY Voice Alert “Angle-Angle-Push”
-TONES ONLY Increasing frequency tones – steady tone at stall warning.
3. Alert Tone Volume (0-100%)
4. Alert Tone Start Bar Controls when the tones start
5. Declutter Segment Controls when the AOA display turns ON
6. Landing Override (kts) AOA audio warning turns OFF below this speed.
18. Use Flap Angle Sensor
-YES Uses Analog Flap position sensor to switch between flaps up and
Flaps down AOA database.
-NO Uses EFIS digital input configured as flaps to select AOA database
