This accuracy is when the load impedance value is speci-
fied. With the specified value, the software applies the correc-
tion of the voltage across the output impedance (52 ohm
nominal). If the specified load impedance value differs from the
true value by x%, an additional error of x/(1 + Z/52) % occurs,
where Z is the true load impedance. For example, when Z = 10
kohm and x = ±1%, add ±0.0052% of setting.
