Shuttle Bar Alignment
1. Loosen the fasteners on the shuttle bearing block approximately ¼ turn.
16. Cycle the Servo Tyer 10-20 times by pressing the “THREAD” button located on the
Control Panel.
17. Retighten fasteners loosened in step 1 and run a few packages to determine if the
shuttle bar moves freely.
