The fields that can be configured are described below:
Parameter Description
Policy Name
Enter the policy name here. This name can be up to 32 characters
long.
Device Role Select the device role here. Options to choose from are Host and
Router. By default, the device's role is Host, which will block all the
RA packets. If the device's role is Router, RA packets will be
forwarded according to the port's bound ACL.
Match IPv6 Access List
Enter or select the IPv6 access list to match here.
Target Port
Tick this option to specify the target port.
Unit
Select the switch unit that will be used for this configuration here.
From Port / To Port
Select the appropriate port range used for the configuration here.
Click the Apply button to accept the changes made.
Click the Edit button to re-configure the specific entry.
Click the Delete button to remove the specified entry.
IPv6 DHCP Guard
This window is used to view and configure the IPv6 DHCP guard settings.
To view the following window, click Security > IMPB > IPv6 > IPv6 DHCP Guard, as shown below:
