To view configuration changes, use the show config command in ROUTER RIP mode.
Debug RIP
To enable RIP debugging, use the debug ip rip command. When you enable debugging, you can view 
information about RIP protocol changes or RIP routes (Figure 25-6).
To enable RIP debugging, use the following command in EXEC privilege mode:

To disable RIP, use the no debug ip rip command.
RIP Configuration Example
The example in this section shows the command sequence to configure RIPv2 on the two routers shown in 
Figure 25-7—“Core 2” and “Core 3”. The host prompts used in the example reflects those names. The 
examples are divided into the following groups of command sequences:
